To live near Knightsbridge tube station requires earnings of over £248,000, or £173,000 for a flat near Hyde Park Corner, Mansion House or Bond Street. To live on the Isle of Dogs requires an annual wage of £86,700 near Crossharbour, down to £67,400 at Island Gardens.
