Telford Homes has already sold two-thirds of its Manhattan Plaza development off-plan, and has now opened a show home to persuade waverers that the project is a winner in reality as well as on paper. The development, which is a short walk from Blackwall or Poplar DLR stations and a 15-minute walk from Canary Wharf Tube, start at £680,000 for a two-bedroom apartment with a private roof terrace.
