Streets called Prince George fetch premium price

Placebuzz.com has found that properties across the UK on streets with Prince George in their name are 16% more expensive than the local average.

The website uses houses on Prince George Street in London, Prince George Road in London and Prince George’s Road in Wimbledon as examples, all of which were found to be priced considerably higher than those on neighbouring streets. The premium equates to roughly £11,000.
