Tower Hamlets Council needs to do more to publicise the South Quay Masterplan, a major consultation into developments on the Isle of Dogs, according to Andrew Wood, a local councillor. South Quay covers the area south of Canary Wharf, with 28 potential developments containing 11,500 new homes planned, including the huge residential tower Pan Peninsula, the 75-storey City Pride and the 73-storey South Quay Plaza.
