Shared ownership apartments available at The Gramercy

Family Mosaic has released a number of shared ownership apartments at The Gramercy, a new development on the Greenwich Peninsula just a four-minute walk from the Cutty Sark, and 12 minutes from Canary Wharf on the DLR. Each home includes features such as wood-effect kitchen units, fully integrated appliances, white bathroom suites with heated towel rails, washing machines, and private balconies or terraces. Prices start at £122,100 for a 30% share of a property. Alternatively, there are still a number of private-sale homes available, including two-bedroom apartments from £635,000, and a four-bedroom townhouse with garden and terrace for £1.45m.
