Rathbone Market shortlisted for Sunday Times British Homes Award

The third phase of the £180m Rathbone Market development in Canning Town has been shortlisted in the “Housing Project” category at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2014.

Phase 3, designed by Shoreditch-based architects Project Orange, will provide 216 new homes, as well as a communal garden and allotments, and is part of a £3.7bn project to regenerate and rejuvenate the area. Offering easy access to Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs, the project is expected to be complete by 2016.
