London's Zone 3 explored

13th March 2015

The Evening Standard's David Spittles explores the property market in London's travel Zone 3, where addresses are 41% cheaper on average than Zone 2 and districts are benefiting from new transport links, high street makeovers and business hubs. London’s population is rising fastest in this zone, with waves of buyers looking for properties in the £250,000 to £750,000 price bracket, which accounts for the bulk of demand in the capital. Leyton in the east is particularly tipped for big changes.
