London liveability third lowest in Europe

The Economist Intelligence Unit’s (EIU) annual liveability index has found that London is the third least attractive city to live in within Europe.

EIU analyst Jon Copestake said the main factor that held London back was social unrest, specifically a high crime rate and threat of terrorism. Just Lisbon and Athens placed below London in terms of liveability.
