Land Registry releases July data

Land Registry figures have revealed that UK house prices rose 1.7% month-on-month in July.

In London they rose 3.3% to £457,072, faster than any other area in the country. This figure is 19.3% higher than in July last year. The South East was the second best performing region, with prices up 2.7% on June at £234,949, 10.2% higher year-on-year.
