Developer Knight Dragon has announced plans to build 10,000 new homes on the Greenwich Peninsula, with five new districts set over 160 acres. The latest phase of the project went on sale recently, in two towers in the Lower Riverside district – the ten-storey Fulmar and the 30-storey Waterman. The latter was designed by Pilbrow & Partners, the brains behind new City landmark the Pinnacle, and boasts dual aspect views right on the river, along with a wood-panelled residents’ club. Prices start at £300,000 for a studio at the Fulmar, while a one bedroom at the Waterman starts from £387,500.
