Construction begins on Great Eastern Quays phase one

Construction is all set to begin on the first phase of a £141m regeneration project at Great Eastern Quays, at the Royal Docks.

Notting Hill Housing has teamed up with Galliford Try to create 350 new homes – 44% of which will be reserved for affordable housing, with affordable rent tenures and the option of shared ownership. In total, the project will offer 819 homes, along with garden squares, a riverside bar and restaurant, and retail and business space.
