Brookfield wins Canary Wharf Helix contract

Brookfield Multiplex has been picked by developer Essential Living to build the new Helix twin tower residential complex, bordering Canary Wharf.

The elliptical towers, 35 and 29 stories high, will offer a total of 35 apartments, with onsite amenities including rooftop communal terraces, a fitness centre, resident’s bike storage, restaurant facilities and a children’s play area. Construction on the project is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2015.
