British Land acquires Surrey Quays leisure park

British Land has acquired the Surrey Quays leisure park in Rotherhithe for £135m, giving it a combined 50-acre development in southeast London. Architect Allies & Morrison is now working on a masterplan for the Canada Water site, which will include hundreds of homes, offices and shops across a 7m sq ft area.
