The upper and penthouse-level floors of Lincoln Plaza in Millharbour, just a five minute walk from Canary Wharf, have recently been launched by Galliard Homes – and the developers promises that they offer a “destination, not just a home”.
The glass-fronted buildings rise to 31 storeys at their apex; and the luxurious studio, one, two, and three-bedroom properties within, with their walnut flooring, designer fitted kitchens and stylish bathrooms, are just part of the attraction. It will also boast an "exclusive range of five-star hotel-style lifestyle facilities", including a 24-hour concierge and gymnasium, four-storey winter garden sky lounge, a roof garden terrace and a private cinema, to name just a few. David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes, said they were proving popular with investors, and that over 50% of properties there have been sold. Prices for the Premium Collection apartments start at £310,000 for a studio, £488,000 for a one-bedroom home and £500,000 for a two-bed.
