Sellar to develop Canada Water town centre

Irvine Sellar is to help create a new 1.5m sq ft town centre at Canada Water in London’s Docklands.

Sellar Design & Development has agreed a partnership with Notting Hill Housing to develop the scheme, which will have a 40-storey tower at the centre. Sellar Design said that it had spent the past three years securing planning consent for the scheme, which is on a seven-acre site next to Canada Water underground station.
