Real Estate Revolutions, the firm founded by former Ballymore director Tim Farrow, is currently in negotiations to take a major stake in the joint vehicle behind a £600m mixed-use development on the Isle of Dogs.
The 1.3m sq ft Asda-anchored Crossharbour District Centre scheme, designed by Broadway Malyan, includes a 152,000 sq ft supermarket, 158,000 sq ft of shops, 850 homes and a public square. Consent for the scheme was granted by Tower Hamlets in October 2012.
