Public meeting for two-tower South Quay project

31st January 2014

Plans for a two-tower development at South Quay on the Isle of Dogs, just south of Canary Wharf, will be up for discussion at a community forum led by Tower Hamlets Council on Monday night.

Berkeley Homes has proposed a 73-storey tower and a smaller 27-storey building, along with another at Marsh Wall. The developer’s Harry Lewis said the proposals will show “a world class development on the site, with much enhanced public realm, an activated waterfront, increased pedestrian connectivity and much needed new homes”.
