Property remains taxing

Almost a third of first-time buyers in Britain admit that they do not understand the processes involved in buying a home, according to a survey carried out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

More than 25% do not know the difference between a market valuation, an agent's appraisal and a survey.
