Parkside Quarter: green living on the Isle of Dogs

22nd November 2013

A new and environmentally friendly development of 64 new flats on the Isle of Dogs is expected to be available for Spring 2015 – and prospective residents can now reserve one for themselves.

Parkside Quarter on Stebondale Street is comprised of three buildings containing studio, one, two and three-bedroom private apartments, many with views over neighbouring Millwall and Mudchute Parks. The development features green roofs and solar panels, to both encourage local wildlife and help reduce monthly energy bills. The River Thames is just a short walk away, as is the Canary Wharf business district; the area is also well-served by the Docklands Light Railway and the Jubilee Line. Prices start at £270,000 for a studio, going up to £532,500 for a large three-bedroom apartment.
