New tower proposed for Isle of Dogs

A proposal for a new residential skyscraper on the Isle of Dogs, close to Canary Wharf, has been put forward to Tower Hamlets Council’s planning committee.

. Investin has submitted a scoping report for Quay House, a 242m, 70-storey tower scheme at 2 Admirals Way, to be comprised of 505 residential units, along with retail space, car parking and a children’s play area. Should it get the go-ahead, Quay House will stand alongside a 38-storey hotel on the adjacent Marsh Wall and a 75-storey tower over at City Pride.
