Luxury living at St Katharine Dock

A number of new residential developments are appearing on the north bank of the Thames, conveniently situated partway between the City on one side and Canary Wharf on the other.

One such is Tower View, a former warehouse in St Katharine Docks overlooking the river and converted into homes by Hadley Property Group and Stratus Securities. With waterfront views of Tower Bridge, the homes range from two-bedroom apartments, to the three-bedroom penthouse occupying the fifth and sixth floors. Prices range from £1.85m to £6.25m.
