L&R appointed to lead West Ferry development

London & Regional has been appointed as development manager for the £500m redevelopment of the West Ferry Printworks in London’s Docklands.

Richard Desmond’s Northern & Shell last year appointed Pinnacle designer Lee Polisano to design a 1m sq ft scheme on the 15-acre Millwall Dock site, which could eventually include up to 3,000 homes if planning permission is granted.
