London’s strength set to continue

A new report has predicted that the number of London boroughs where the average price of a two-bedroom flat is under £250,000 will fall from 15 to four within in the next five years

Hamptons also forecasts that prices in Greater London will rise by 9% this year, a further 7% the next, 6% in 2015, 4% in 2016, and 4.5% in 2017 and 2018.
