David Spittles suggests that with almost 9,000 new build homes currently being planned for the capital, an increasing number of Londoners are now considering moving to inner city developments rather than to traditional commuter areas.
According to industry analyst Molior, the turnaround is due mainly to a change in planning priorities, aimed at reversing the exodus of families from the capital and promoting more balanced communities.
