A new study has found that thousands of London residents get stuck living in the first properties they purchased to get on to the property ladder, due to the sheer cost of trading up to a family home
The agency found that the price difference between a two-bedroom flat and a three bedroom house in the capital is now over £135,000, four times the city’s average salary and £31,000 more than it was three years ago.
