Essential to develop Creekside apartments

Essential Living, a specialist developer of homes for the private rented sector has purchased the Creekside East site in Greenwich, next to the riverside, and has hired Assael Architects to work on a 17-storey tower block, with planning permission already secured for around 200 apartments, with a new application set to be submitted later in the year. Amenities will include a concierge, club-room, rooftop communal terrace, storage rooms, cold room storage, car club, reading/communal room and office suites. Work is expected to start next year and be complete by 2017.
