Housing provider One Housing Group and residential property developer Mount Anvil have launched Dollar Bay, a 121-home development at South Quay, Canary Wharf which is due to be completed in 2017.
Just a ten-minute walk from the financial district, the 31-storey 109m-high tower was designed by architect Ian Simpson, and the glass façade design makes maximum use of natural light, as well as reflecting the water. There will be a 24-hour concierge service, sky lounge, and enclosed winter gardens. Jon Hall, sales and marketing director at Mount Anvil, said: "Dollar Bay is a stunning addition to one of London's most vibrant areas. Canary Wharf's evolution over the last few years as a place to both live and work has been remarkable”. The studio, one-, two- and three-bed apartments all offer floor-to-ceiling windows. Prices start from £435,000.
