The first 811 homes at the 40-acre Royal Wharf site in the Docklands were snapped up almost immediately, but more are set to go on sale in June.
The riverside scheme will eventually accommodate around 3,400 homes, a school, a new park on the Thames and its own DLR station. First-phase apartments at the “21st-century urban village” start from £235,000.
