Ballymore and Singapore-listed developer Oxley have confirmed they will be working together to develop the Royal Wharf scheme in East London.
Oxley purchased the 40-acre site from Ballymore in November for around £200m, but is staying involved in the project through a new development agreement. Royal Wharf stretches to nearly 40 acres, and will accommodate around 3,400 homes, a school, a new park on the Thames, and a retail high street; work has already started, and a launch of the new homes is expected next month.
