Baltimore Tower’s credentials examined

11th October 2013

The Evening Standard examines the latest addition to the Canary Wharf skyline, the 45-storey Baltimore Tower, which overlooks the Millharbour Dock Basin.

The tower has 330 apartments priced from £418,950 and has the Docklands’ most expensive penthouses, costing up to £6.95m. The tower’s developer Galliard says the building will become an “enduring iconic landmark”. The paper notes that much fuss has been made over the tower’s lifestyle credentials, such as valet parking, a sky lounge, a members club and an urban country club that offers virtual reality golf and clay pigeon shooting.
